Job Title: Full Stack Developer / CTO & Co-Founder
Location: Remote (with occasional on-site collaboration if needed)
Job Overview:
We're looking for an experienced and visionary Full Stack Developer to join us as CTO & Co-Founder. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the technological growth of our wellness and health-focused startup, with an emphasis on data-driven innovation. You will be responsible for further developing our app using FlutterFlow for frontend, Xano for backend, and overseeing the integration of wearables, IoT devices, and BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) connectivity. Your role will be pivotal in structuring data to enable deep AI and ML capabilities for a truly personalized health experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and Develop: Lead the development of our app’s front and back end, utilizing FlutterFlow for front-end design and Xano for backend services, as well cloud services. APIs integrations from 3rd party services.
- IoT Integration & BLE Connectivity: Implement connectivity and integration with IoT devices, wearables, and BLE, ensuring seamless real-time data flow.
- Data Structuring for AI/ML: Design and structure databases and data pipelines for advanced AI/ML functionalities, focusing on processing real-time health, lifestyle, and biometric data.
- Optimization and Scaling: Ensure the backend and frontend are highly scalable, secure, and optimized for performance across devices and connections.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and lead a team of engineers and data scientists as we scale.
- Strategic Vision: Shape the technology roadmap and vision alongside other co-founders, aligning development efforts with business goals and user needs.
Qualifications:
- Technical Skills:
- Strong expertise in FlutterFlow for app development and Xano for backend architecture.
- Proven experience with IoT device integration and BLE connectivity.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML data structuring and database design.
- Experience working with APIs, cloud services, and integration of wearable devices.
- Familiarity with building scalable and secure data pipelines.
- Experience:
- 5+ years of full stack development experience.
- Previous experience in a leadership or co-founder role is a plus.
- Background in the health, wellness, or wearable technology space is preferred.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a startup mindset.
- Excellent communication skills, able to work collaboratively and explain complex tech concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
