Hi, I'm getting this issue across projects, so the following tips investigated and elaborated the following hypothesis:

1) Administrative permission

When you can't deploy rules, manage content, validate, deploy indexes, etc... Probably flutterflow user don't have administrative permissions.

Solution: Try to check it on IAM. Firebase

Console -> Project Settings -> Users and permissions.. (Check FF documentation)

2) Firebase auth method

When is the first time deploying Firestore, probably Email/Password auth isn't enabled.

Solution: Check/Enable Authentication settings.

Firebase Console -> Authentication -> Auth Method -> Enable Email/Password

3) Flutterflow user deleted

When you delete the user, you have some ways to solve it.

3.1) Solution 1: Regenerate config files;

FF -> Project -> Settings -> Firebase -> Regenerate Config Files;

3.2) Solution 2: Validate schema (when FF user fails, automatically try sign in), FF will create a new user.

FF -> Project -> Firestore -> Settings -> Validate

3.3) Solution 3: Manually create the user, open your console, click on Validate, open the payload request get the password and go to Authentication on the Firebase console, and create the firebase@flutterflow.io user with this password. (Attention: if the login fails, FF Console will try to create a new user, so check which password you are using.)

If doesn't work, look to the next and worst situation.

3) Firebase access

When other's actions are OK but something is strange. You can deploy rules, and get a success message on deploy but after some time changes to outdated, your application is working but you can't manage content on FF, all Firestore deploys are working but the main symptom is that Validation fails. Without reason, just stopped working or you just noted after deleted user... AND (this is the MAIN POINT) AppCheck is enabled... here is the problem.

FlutterFlow console doesn't send AppCheck token on console requests, so Validation (is executed as a user) doesn't work.

Solution? No! Just disable the app check during development and enable it when publishing.

For FF team leave here the suggestion to solve it.
