When I deploy to the Google Play Store for the first time.
In the tutorial Step 4 it says to download the AAB files and upload them to the play console.

When I deploy the "download AAB files" button does not pop up.
So my deploy just fails with no way for me to move forward.
Someone has also experienced this issue on Reddit.
