Can we change the URL endpoint in GET method by creating a variable?

I have one url http://123.34.45.5:8080/giftrecipinet
second url of same IP but different end point /diwalirecipient

I have created 1 variable named [url] and in that how can store different values and on dropdown or choicechips how can i show the data of particular endpoint which is selected

I have total 4 different end points and i don't have subscription model if this is possible pls let me know
