Custom Code Must be True or False Error

I am reusing a customer code that was already used once or twice in the project but now there is a Conditional Action Error as follows: Conditional action must have a Ture or False action.

I am doing everything the same way I did with the other places I have use this code and there is no error anywhere else. Might this be because of the recent update?
