Generating signed bundle requires you to update the Android Gradle plugin to version 3.2.0 or higher

I am trying to generate a signed bundle and this is what I keep getting.

Generating signed bundle requires you to update the Android Gradle plugin to version 3.2.0 or higher.

I am using windows 10 and Android Studio Hedgehog.

Any help would be appreciated.
