How can we get document reference from dropdown menu in flutterflow?

I am using dropdown menu of list of users. I need the user's reference as I want to display user's other details like age, phone number. But dropdown menu gives only string output. If I map user's name it shows only name. I want full document of user. Any body know how can I do this?
