How do I enable Truecaller authentication in my app?

I tried looking everywhere, but there is no relevant document for the same. Truecaller's documentation instructs me to Generate Client Id and add it to AndroidManifest.xml, but there is no feature within flutterflow to do so. Is there any workaround to this?
