I am also having this problem. Not sure if this will be of any help or not but I got chatGPT to write me a custom function that extracted and converted the relevant parts of the api output/result to be in a JSON readable format, which I then save as the App State (caveat being that I have not then been able to use these objects on my app - I think that is more to do with my level of expertise rather than anything else!).

This is what my output looks like with JSON Mode activated (before running through Custom Function:

You can use jsonpath.com to test how each of these works (and how the above post-custom function objects can be accessed/found using paths)

I will also caveat all of the above by saying:
I am very new to Flutterflow and I have very basic (at best) knowledge of coding/these platforms so my approach above may not be the best approach!!
