Bugs and support ๐Ÿ˜ก

Sorry, I always try to be understandable, but it's very difficult.

This is the second time in a few days that I've consulted FlutterFlow support and they say that I found a bug and I have to report it, without even giving a provisional solution or actually trying to solve our problems. In addition to finding a bug, do I need to waste time reporting it so it can be resolved? But shouldn't this be a support task?

Even paying for the Teams plan, do I need to wait 3 days for support to say that the problem cannot be resolved?

These bugs can compromise the delivery of a project, who will bear the losses?

It's been frustrating.
