I hope you're all doing well. I've been pondering something about our payment structure for the tools we use, and I was wondering if someone could help shed some light on it.
So, I've been using a Pro plan to access certain features, and on top of that, I'm also paying for myself and other calibrators' seats within our team. It's a bit confusing for me to wrap my head around why we need to pay for both the individual Pro plan and the team seats. I totally see the value in having the Pro features and the team collaboration, but it seems like a bit of a double payment situation.
Could someone please explain how this payment arrangement works? I'm genuinely curious and would love to understand the rationale behind it. Maybe I'm missing something or not fully grasping the benefits of the separate payments.
