I hope I can get some help/direction.
I am an entrepreneur and wanted to do an MVP for a particular App Idea. I thought I could learn no code and do my MVP ; but time was not on my side so I decided to get a Flutterflow expert from the Flutterflow experts page to help me roll out an MVP .
Around late June 2023, I identified the expert, we spoke, signed a contract with payment conditions that I pay 50% for work on the MVP prototype to start and for the initial prototype to be ready by September 7th 2023. I had paid the initial required 50% by 7th July.
Between July 7th and September 6th 2023 and despite my numerous requests for update/progress meetings, the Expert has never been available or showed any work done. It has been empty promises and excuses via whatsapp throughout.
I expressed my disappointment with the Flutterflow Expert only to get more empty promises. Leading me to come to this forum and see what kind of help is available.
At this stage I want the Expert to produce the prototype OR just return my money.
What are my available options? How can Flutter Flow help me in this situation?
Looking forward, can the Flutterflow platform provide an escrow type service to protect both developers and entrepreneurs? To confirm payment from an entrepreneur for a Flutter flow developer to start work but also release funds to the developer upon the satisfaction of the entrepreneur?
Any advice will be appreciated.
