How do I contact technical support without waiting 2 more weeks without being attended?

I have been trying to contact support for days but they do not respond to me either by chat or by email (I have already sent them 2) and I need to resolve the error that does not allow me to generate the aab file for new applications, it does not even allow me to update already created applications and functional

I've been trying to resolve and communicate with support for a week and a half and they don't help me, but obviously the automatic billing doesn't fail...
