How long should it take to get a response/acknowledgement to a ticket?
I have been chasing a ticket for 9 months now (along with others who are also chasing) for a confirmed bug, and had no response to repeated requests for an update from anyone at support or the product owner.
Anyone from FF going to respond to this?
