Hello FlutterFlow Support Team,
I'm experiencing issues with my subscription plans. I was previously on the Team plan and accidentally switched to the Growth plan. Then I changed to the Business plan, but it turned out to be too expensive, so I canceled it.
Now, FlutterFlow shows that I'm on the Free plan, but Stripe still indicates that the Business plan will be canceled on the 20th. Meanwhile, I’m unable to work—I have several ongoing projects, and this subscription issue is preventing me from accessing the platform properly.
I can’t subscribe to a Personal plan, nor can I switch back to the Team plan because my Stripe subscription is still active. I urgently need this issue resolved.
It’s disappointing to see how careless FlutterFlow has been with handling plan changes. 😡
