Worst Customer Support for Great Product

Its soo frustrating to get in touch with support by some miracle even if we contact them it would take another year to get proper response. i am just frustrated and beating myself for spending last 8 months on this platform. anyone with real app building or who are serious cant relay on flutterflow with bugs and poor customer support.

Also in one of app which stopped working due to a bug which is reported and still not fixed even from development team i mean we are left in middle so in the end we ended up drop that feature completely and changing the whole flow. All this suffering with for no reason.

I never see any other company with such incompotent support team whats stopping them from hiring more people and charge for premium support on hourly basis atleast give some option for developers. This platform is for no code developers isnt obvious we will be stuck and need help if that basic need is not fullfilled whats the benifit of having any world class feature set????

If any of you agree with me please replay atleast lets bring this issue to flutterflow team notice.
