Remindo: Apple Reminders Re-Imagined

Friend's here is my submission for the #FlutterFlowImagine hackathon. I've re-imagined Apple's Reminder app. Test it out here. See the demo on YouTube here.

So what's so different about Remindo?

Unlike a traditional task management app, Remindo does a few things differently.

  1. It allows you to define whether a task is important or urgent (Tags).

  2. It automatically sorts tasks by their tags (Important first and Urgent second).

  3. It has a pomodoro timer baked in, so you can focus on execution and not procrastinate.

  4. Allows you to work on only one task at a time. (The most important one)

What's the inspiration?

Here's a little background about the app. In 2019 , I wrote an e-book titled "Productivity for IT employees". It was influenced from the book "The Four Hour Work Week" and all my colleagues loved it, but the people managers didn't ๐Ÿ˜…, (cause now they had lesser work and risked getting fired). In 2020, I designed a simple framework called the PTM (around this book) that helped me focus my life and earn me over $120K in 6 months (That's a lot for India). For a long time I believed that PTM was best done with pen and paper. But early this year, I tried PTM with some digital solutions and I've become a believer. So for this hackathon, I thought I'd digitise the process.
