Sure that is fine. What you need is a Webhook listening for the payment event (see section 4 for the events to listen for). When the webhook tells you the payment has succeeded, within the code you can tell it to create the account based on the Stripe's webhook data (to obtain the email).

A way to fire an email is to use this Firebase extension: https://extensions.dev/extensions/firebase/firestore-send-email. Create a document that this extension uses to send the recipient their login email and PW.
