When Microsoft announced Visual Studio was reaching end of life on macOS next August, I initially thought about moving to MAUI using JetBrains Rider. After several frustrating days trying to get that to work, I found Flutter.
Flutter has been frustrating, but I am getting the hang of it. Combined with FlutterFlow, I am seeing some wonderful possibilities, beyond my day job. I've been programming C# ever since it was in Beta at the dawn of the century. I like Dart as an evolution of C#. But I missed my MVC. Nice to see that Flow follows some of the MVVM principles that I wasn't seeing in other tutorials.
So for now, I'm using Flow to learn how to write, but see building projects from the ground up in the future.
