Apple App Store App Review - My Flutterflow built app got rejected

My first attempt to get app listed on Apple App Store got rejected as "spam".

Below is the response message I got as part of the App Review:

I raised an appeal as my app was not copied and was built from the ground-up using Flutterflow. As a concept, the app was created to help a user to manage their "done" or "completed" tasks by helping them capture when a task was completed by them and all recurring completions. It also allowed them to share the completion activities with others in a "view-only or read-only" manner. The UIUX was simplified to make it quick for the user to mark completion of the task by long pressing a task.

I did use the newly available "flow" feature in Flutterflow for account & profile creation. Of course the UI elements like colours, error messages, etc. were customised as per my app's theme. All other screens were built from the ground-up using the wonderful widgets and actions that Flutterflow offers. Below is the snapshot of the app's home screen:

I am sure many of the Flutterflow users would be using a similar approach for their apps.

I got a reply from App Review for my appeal as below:

Is it because of the flows or the Flutterflow widgets that App Review is finding similar binaries, metadata and/or concepts like my app? This is my first attempt to build and deploy a mobile app using Flutterflow (Pro plan subscription) to the App Store though.

I don't know what needs to be done to get my app successfully reviewed and listed on the app store now.

Any help is highly appreciated as this could impact my usage of Flutterflow for any future app development plans.
