I need to set the value of each option ("Option 0 = 0, Option 1 = 1, Option 2 = 2, Option 3 = 3, Option 4 = 4"), but I am not able to find a way to do it. My idea is to sum up all the obtained points of the selected options across multiple questions, that why I need to set values to each option.
