Problem with Enums - How can I show enum as a text?

Hi everyone,

I created enum as userPermissions like below in ss. I try to change user permission with dropdown and set it. But I can not show the value as a text. When I try to show, I get build error saying cant show enum as text.

Any ideas? Is it a bug or normal?
